The Super-Human Resilience Project
The Super‑Human Resilience Project is a podcast created for the people who hold everyone else together—the veterans, first responders, & front-line workers who stay steady in the storm. It’s a space where they don’t have to carry the weight alone. Each episode offers a chance to set the load down, breathe, recharge, and learn how to rewire the patterns that keep them in survival mode. Through real conversations, practical tools, and a community that understands what it means to show up day after day, this project reminds them that resilience isn’t a solo act. It’s something we build together.

Support the Mission
A Mission That Lifts Our Heroes
Every purchase can be a quiet act of service. When someone chooses to shop through my sites, they’re not just picking up fitness gear, self‑care essentials, or meaningful gifts—they’re helping strengthen the foundation of support that our veterans and first responders deserve. A portion of all proceeds is poured directly back into programs that protect the health, resilience, and well‑being of the heroes who’ve carried so much for the rest of us.
These men and women often shoulder invisible weight long after the uniform comes off. By reinvesting earnings into trauma‑informed healing initiatives, community support, and wellness resources, this mission ensures they’re not left to walk that journey alone. It’s a way to turn everyday choices into lasting impact—one that honors sacrifice with tangible care.
Supporting this mission means believing that heroes deserve healing too, and that community is strongest when we lift the people who’ve spent their lives lifting others.
Grey Horse Commodities
Purchasing through Grey Horse Commodities is more than a simple convenience — it is an act of quiet generosity. When you shop using the links on our site, you receive the very same products at the very same prices you’d find on your own. The difference, my dearest readers, is purpose. A portion of our proceeds goes toward breaking the silence and stigma surrounding PTSD in our heroes — the veterans, first responders, and steadfast families who have carried far more than their share. Your purchase becomes more than a transaction; it becomes a small but meaningful way to give back to those who have given so much. For that, this author offers her deepest thanks.
Pinning With Purpose
Following me on Pinterest is another way to stand with the mission. Every board, product roundup, and piece of content is curated with the same purpose at heart: uplifting the health and well‑being of the heroes who’ve carried our communities through their hardest days. When you follow along, you’re not just getting inspiration or smart finds—you’re joining a community that believes everyday choices can create real support for veterans and first responders. It’s a small action that helps fuel a much bigger impact.
The Super Human Resilience Project — Proud to Announce Our Partnership with Deemed Fit
The Super Human Resilience Project is proud to partner with Deemed Fit, a first‑responder‑owned brand created by two law enforcement professionals who have spent over seven years witnessing the physical, mental, and emotional toll the job takes. They saw fellow first responders exhausted, unmotivated, and carrying more than anyone should have to carry alone — and they chose to do something about it.
Deemed Fit was built to uplift these heroes through motivation, community, and purpose-driven apparel. Their mission is simple and powerful: help first responders and their supporters become the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves, both physically and mentally. They’re more than a brand — they’re a movement calling people to rise, rebuild confidence, and keep pushing forward.
This partnership makes sense because our missions align at the core. We both exist to support the humans who hold the world together, reminding them that resilience grows through community, encouragement, and the belief that they deserve to feel strong again.
Together, we’re creating a united space for first responders to feel seen, supported, and empowered to rise.

The Super Human Resilience Project — Proud to Announce Our Partnership with Dubby
The Super Human Resilience Project is proud to announce our partnership with Dubby, a brand whose mission aligns seamlessly with our commitment to supporting high‑capacity humans. Our work centers on helping people who carry heavy loads — the helpers, the healers, the protectors, the leaders, and the everyday individuals who show up even when they’re running on fumes. We believe resilience is built through sustainable support, not self‑sacrifice.
That’s exactly why Dubby makes sense for us.
Dubby was created to challenge the traditional energy drink industry and offer something better: clean energy that fuels focus and clarity without compromising wellbeing. Their drinks contain no sugar, no artificial coloring, and none of the harsh additives that lead to jitters, crashes, or burnout. From day one, their mission has been to create energy that actually supports the people who rely on it.
Their founder’s story — starting in a small apartment with a vision to take on “Big Energy” — reflects the same spirit of resilience we champion. It’s about refusing to accept what’s always been done and choosing instead to build something grounded in integrity, intention, and care.
Today, Dubby offers more than 15 custom-crafted flavors enjoyed by thousands each month, all built on the same foundation: clean, steady, trustworthy energy for real humans doing real work.
This partnership works because we share the same belief:
people deserve energy that honors their bodies, supports their minds, and helps them rise without burning out.
Together, we’re creating a space — and offering the fuel — for people to stay grounded, energized, and resilient.

My Deepest Thanks To
Warriors' Acsent
I will forever be grateful to Warriors’ Ascent for the tools, teachings, and community that set me on my path of healing and growth. What began as a program created in 2014 by two Iraq combat veterans has grown into a powerful tribe of more than 400 Veterans and First Responders who have completed the journey and continue to walk alongside one another. Their alumni include warriors from Vietnam, the Gulf War, Iraq, and Afghanistan, active‑duty service members from every branch, and brothers and sisters from Law Enforcement, Fire, and EMS representing departments across the nation.
Warriors’ Ascent is not a “fire‑and‑forget” organization. It is a living community — one that encourages graduates to return, volunteer, mentor, sit in on classes, and stay connected through monthly gatherings. That ongoing support has been a steady source of strength in my own life, reminding me that healing is not a solitary path but a shared one.
Their five‑day, free, evidence‑based program is rooted in practices used by ancient warrior cultures and strengthened by modern clinical research. Through their collaboration with the University of Kansas Cofrin‑Logan Center for Addiction Research and Treatment, Warriors’ Ascent offers one of the most rigorous, data‑supported healing experiences available today. In a world where less than 1% serve and society is often unprepared to help them carry the weight of their experiences, Warriors’ Ascent has built a place where true restoration is possible.
I carry deep gratitude for the role they played in my journey — for the knowledge, the practices, and the unwavering community that continue to support my long‑term healing. Warriors’ Ascent changed the trajectory of my life, and I will always be thankful.
